INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Tipucino, a digital micro-tipping platform owned and operated by METDAQ LLC, a Florida-registered company. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all Tipucino services, including:
- Website
- iOS and Android mobile applications
- Digital wallet interface
- Tip sending and receiving functions
- QR code and NFC tipping tools
- Geolocation and “Tip Near Me” tools
- Backend and administrative services
BY USING TIPUCINO, YOU FULLY ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST STOP USING THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.
Tipucino is a technology platform, not a financial service provider. Tipucino is not a bank, financial institution, money transmitter, e-money issuer, or investment service. All financial operations are conducted exclusively through licensed third-party payment service providers (PSPs). Third-party PSPs control all financial operations; Tipucino does not verify, process, or settle funds.
DEFINITIONS
- “Tipucino” – the platform, apps, website, and services operated by METDAQ LLC.
- “PSP” – Payment Service Provider such as Stripe.
- “Stripe, Stripe Connect” – Payment Service Provider (PSP).
- “Tip” – voluntary transfer of funds from a Sender to a Receiver.
- “Sender” – user sending a tip.
- “Receiver” – user receiving a tip.
- “Wallet” – user’s displayed balance sourced from PSP records.
- “User” – any person or entity using Tipucino.
- “Account” – registration profile tied to a User.
- “PSP Wallet” – the regulated financial wallet maintained by a licensed Payment Service Provider (PSP). Tipucino displays the balance but does not control, hold, or store the funds.
- “Digital Tip” – a voluntary electronic transfer of value from a Sender to a Receiver through Tipucino using QR, NFC, link sharing, or geolocation tools.
- “NFC Data” – device-to-device data exchanged through Near Field Communication for the purpose of enabling “Tap-to-Tip” functionality within Tipucino.
- “Geolocation Data” – location information provided by the User’s device (with consent) used to enable “Tip Near Me” and verify proximity-based tipping.
- “Compliance Limits” – platform-wide transaction limits applied to all Tipucino wallet actions to comply with U.S. FinCEN MSB thresholds, EU PSD2, UK FCA e-money rules, FINTRAC, AUSTRAC, and GCC AML frameworks.
- “Dispute Window” – the time period during which Senders or Receivers may submit a dispute regarding a Tipucino transaction.
- “Chargeback” – a bank or PSP-initiated reversal of a transaction triggered by a Sender’s financial institution, subject to PSP investigation and final ruling.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Tipucino provides tools to enable instant appreciation through micro-tipping using:
- QR codes
- NFC tags
- Geolocation “Tip Near Me”
- Profile sharing links
Tipucino processes tipping only. It does not allow invoicing, payroll, business payments, remittance, or commercial billing. All funds move through the regulated PSP partner (Stripe Connect). Explicitly state Tipucino does NOT:
- Process refunds
- Hold funds
- Facilitate foreign exchange
- Facilitate P2P loans
- Guarantee delivery of service after tipping
USER CONTENT, PROFILES & IDENTITY
Users may not:
- Upload false identity information
- Pretend to be an employee of a business they do not work for
- Use unauthorized branding or uniforms
- Mislead others into tipping
Tipucino may remove or suspend profiles at any time.
USER REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
By using Tipucino, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the rightful owner or authorized user of the payment methods used.
- All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
- You will not attempt to bypass transaction limits or compliance rules.
- You accept full responsibility for verifying the correct recipient before sending a tip.
- You will not impersonate another person or create misleading profiles.
RISK DISCLOSURE NOTICE
Digital transactions may be subject to:
- Delays
- Processor errors
- System outages
- Banking restrictions
- Chargebacks
- Fraud by third parties
Tipucino does not guarantee the continuous availability of PSP services.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE (GLOBAL)
Tipucino is engineered to comply with:
- U.S. FinCEN MSB thresholds
- EU PSD2 limitations
- UK FCA e-money rules
- Canada FINTRAC MSB rules
- Australia AUSTRAC AML/CTF standards
- GCC AML frameworks
Tipucino does NOT engage in activities requiring:
- Money Service Business (MSB) license
- Payment Institution license
- E-Money Institution authorization
- Money transmission licensing
- Banking or remittance licensing
Tipucino functions strictly as a technology interface, not a money-movement provider.
TERMS OF USE
Account Eligibility
Users must be:
- At least 18 years old
- Legally capable of entering agreements
- Using Tipucino for lawful purposes only
- Tipucino may refuse service to anyone at any time.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not use Tipucino or Stripe Connect for:
- Money laundering
- Fraud, impersonation, identity theft
- Commercial invoicing
- Payroll or salary distribution
- Cryptocurrency exchange
- High-risk merchant activity
- Extortion, threats, or coercive tipping
- Scams involving QR/NFC
- Abuse of geolocation tools
- Automated or bot activity
Violation may result in termination.
STRIPE CONNECT / WALLET TERMS
Use of Stripe Connect
Tipucino uses Stripe Connect to enable payment processing, wallet funding, tip transfers, payouts, and other financial transactions within the Tipucino platform. By creating an account or using Tipucino’s payment features, you agree to comply with the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement and any other applicable Stripe policies. Users may be required to complete identity verification, provide requested documentation, or undergo periodic reviews in accordance with Stripe’s compliance obligations.
Relationship Between You, Tipucino, and Stripe
Tipucino is not a bank, money transmitter, e-money issuer, or financial institution. All financial services within the Tipucino platform are provided by Stripe, Inc. or its global affiliates.
- Stripe processes all payments, payouts, refunds, and holds.
- Tipucino provides only the user interface and transaction initiation.
- Tipucino does not store, control, or have access to card numbers or bank credentials.
You acknowledge that:
- Stripe is responsible for securely processing your payments.
- Tipucino is not responsible for Stripe’s performance, availability, or regulatory obligations.
Account Creation and Verification
To use Tipucino’s payment features, you may be required to create a Stripe Connected Account. Stripe may request additional information at any time, including:
- Government-issued identification
- Tax or business information
- Proof of address
- Documentation for AML/KYC compliance
If you fail to provide the required information, your ability to send or receive payments may be limited, suspended, or permanently disabled.
Transaction Limits and Compliance
All Add Money, Send Money, Receive Money, Request Money, Cash Out, and Withdrawal actions processed through Stripe Connect must comply with Tipucino’s global limits:
- Minimum per transaction: $1
- Maximum per transaction: $500
- Maximum transactions per day: 1,000
- Maximum daily volume: $1,000
- Maximum monthly volume: $10,000
These limits ensure compliance with: U.S. FinCEN MSB thresholds, EU PSD2, UK FCA e-money rules, Canada FINTRAC, Australia AUSTRAC, GCC AML monitoring standards. Stripe may apply additional limits or holds based on risk assessment, regulatory requirements, or suspicious activity detection.
Fees
Stripe’s processing fees apply to all transactions made through Tipucino. Fees may include:
- Payment processing fees
- Currency conversion charges
- Dispute and chargeback fees
- Payout fees
Tipucino may also apply additional platform fees as disclosed in the app. You agree to all applicable Stripe fees as part of using Tipucino’s payment services.
Holds, Reviews, and Suspensions
Stripe may place holds or delays on funds for reasons including: Suspicious activity, AML/KYC requirements, Chargebacks or disputes, Fraud prevention, Regulatory obligations. Tipucino does not control Stripe’s review timelines or hold durations. You agree that Tipucino is not liable for any delays, freezes, or withheld funds initiated by Stripe.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Chargebacks and disputes involving financial transactions are processed through Stripe in accordance with: Card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, etc.), Stripe’s dispute procedures, Local financial regulations. Tipucino may temporarily freeze or reverse transactions if required by Stripe or regulatory authorities. All dispute decisions made by Stripe or the card issuer are final.
Payouts
Receivers may withdraw funds according to Stripe schedules. Tipucino is not liable for Stripe delays. Tipucino cannot initiate withdrawals directly; Stripe controls release.
Consent to Sharing Information with Stripe
By using Tipucino, you authorize Tipucino to share your: Name, Contact details, Identification documents, Device and geolocation data, Transaction history, Account status, Other required compliance information. This data is shared solely for the purpose of enabling payment processing, risk assessment, fraud prevention, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Wallet Balance Disclaimer
The displayed balance may differ from Stripe-verified balance.
ELIGIBILITY & TERRITORY RESTRICTIONS
You may use Tipucino only if you are:
- At least 18 years old
- Not located in a country sanctioned by the U.S. OFAC or equivalent global sanctions lists
- Not prohibited from receiving or sending digital payments under any applicable laws
Tipucino may block or restrict accounts using VPNs, proxy servers, or location-masking tools.
QR CODE & NFC SAFETY
Users assume all risks when:
- Scanning QR codes in public
- Allowing NFC taps
- Using geolocation-based tools
Tipucino is not responsible for:
- Fake QR codes
- Re-routed URLs
- NFC relay attacks
- Person impersonation
HYBRID KYC POLICY
Tipucino uses a Hybrid KYC Model:
No KYC Required for:
- Low-volume use
- Tipping under compliance thresholds
- Standard wallet usage within limits
- Normal, non-suspicious behavior
KYC Required
Triggered automatically when:
- User exceeds monthly or daily limits
- User attempts to withdraw funds
- Suspicious activity is detected
- Device/account mismatch occurs
- PSP requests verification
- Regulatory triggers appear
KYC may require:
- Government-issued ID
- Selfie verification
- Address proof
- Additional PSP-mandated documentation
Non-completion may suspend wallet activity.
AML / KYC POLICY
Tipucino adheres to strict anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering standards. Tipucino may require additional verification at any time. Failure to comply may result in permanent account restrictions.
Identity Verification
Users may be required to complete KYC via a PSP-approved provider. Failure to provide KYC documents may result in limitations or account suspension. Tipucino may monitor transactions for unusual activity including:
- Velocity anomalies
- Large-volume attempts
- Repetitive patterns
- QR/NFC fraud
- Multi-account abuse
- Device mismatches
- Suspicious GPS behavior
Reporting
Tipucino may cooperate with regulators and PSPs to investigate suspicious activity.
DISPUTES
Users may file disputes within the following windows:
- Customers (Senders): up to 60 days
- Agents / Receivers: up to 30 days
- Internal Review: 5–15 business days
- PSP Decision Time: 30–75 days
Tipucino is not a party to disputes between users. Tipucino follows the PSP’s final ruling. Tipucino does not overrule or influence bank/PSP chargeback decisions. Tipucino cannot and will not override PSP or bank determinations.
INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless METDAQ LLC, Tipucino, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- User misconduct
- Fraud
- Misuse of the app
- Violation of these Terms
- Disputes between users
TIP NATURE & NON-REFUNDABILITY
All tips sent through Tipucino are:
- Voluntary
- Final
- Non-refundable
Senders must confirm:
- Correct tip amount
- Correct recipient
- Correct QR/NFC scan
- Correct profile identity
Tipucino is not responsible for mistaken or misdirected tips. Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the PSP.
FRAUD DETECTION & ENFORCEMENT LOGIC
Tipucino automatically monitors:
- Device + account mismatch
- NFC proximity abnormal behavior
- QR code spoofing
- Unusual transaction velocity
- Multi-account patterns
- Repeated dispute activity
- Suspicious GPS location changes
- Account takeover indicators
Tipucino may:
- Freeze transactions
- Disable QR/NFC codes
- Restrict wallet functionality
- Hold funds
- Terminate account
- Request mandatory KYC
- Report suspicious activity to authorities or PSPs
Tipucino prohibits the following:
- Tip laundering
- Synthetic tips
- Tip cycling between accounts
Automated systems may adjust, block, hold, or reverse actions to protect platform integrity.
PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
Tipucino collects:
- Basic account information
- Device information
- QR/NFC activity
- IP address and geolocation (only with consent)
- Wallet activity
- KYC documents (only when required)
- Transaction metadata
Tipucino never sells user data.
DATA RETENTION
Tipucino may securely store:
- Transaction logs
- Device fingerprints
- GPS metadata
- Dispute evidence
- KYC records
Retention duration follows:
- PSP requirements
- Regulatory rules
- Fraud investigation needs
After retention expires, data is deleted or anonymized.
APP PERMISSIONS (APPLE & GOOGLE COMPLIANT)
Tipucino may request access to:
- Camera (QR scanning)
- NFC (tap-to-tip functionality)
- Location (Tip Near Me)
- Notifications (transaction alerts)
Permission is optional but may be required for full functionality.
APPLE-SPECIFIC TERMS (REQUIRED BY APPLE)
Tipucino is not affiliated with Apple.
Apple is not responsible for:
- App performance
- Financial transactions
- Tips sent or received
- Wallet balances
- Technical issues
- Disputes
- Customer service
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
By using Tipucino on iOS, you acknowledge Apple has the right to enforce these Terms.
GOOGLE-SPECIFIC TERMS
Google Play does not control:
- Wallet operations
- Payment outcomes
- Dispute resolution
- Financial accuracy
- User behavior
Google Play is not liable for any financial, technical, or operational issues.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Tipucino and METDAQ LLC provide services “as is” and “as available.”
Tipucino is not responsible for:
- PSP delays or errors
- Apple’s services
- Google’s services
- Device manufacturers
- Telecom operators
- Operating system limitations
- Banking issues
- Chargebacks
- Incorrect QR/NFC use
- Incorrect recipient selection
- User mistakes
- Fraud committed by other users
- Device or GPS inaccuracies
Tipucino does not provide:
- Financial services
- Legal advice
- Banking
- Money transmission
- E-money issuance
- Investment services
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Tipucino is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” METDAQ LLC does not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free service
- Accurate QR/NFC functionality
- GPS/geolocation accuracy
- Instant payouts
- Compatibility with all devices
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law: METDAQ LLC, Tipucino, Apple, and Google shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Misuse by other users
- Fraudulent behavior
- Banking or PSP failures
- Government actions
- Device failures
- Network problems
- No Responsibility for User Conduct.
Total liability is limited to the lesser of:
- The amount you paid to Tipucino in the past 12 months, or
- $100 USD
TERMINATION
Tipucino and/or Stripe may suspend or terminate accounts with or without notice for/if:
- You violate Stripe’s or Tipucino’s terms
- Fraud or suspicion of fraud
- AML/KYC non-compliance
- Harassment or abuse
- Excessive disputes
- PSP request
- Local or international regulations require action
- Legal order
Upon termination, pending funds may be held until regulatory clearance is completed. All terminations are final. Users may delete accounts at any time, subject to compliance review.
FEES, COMMISSIONS, AND TIPUCINO REVENUE MODEL
General Statement
Tipucino may charge certain service-related fees and may generate revenue through a combination of transaction fees, platform service fees, affiliate partnerships, and other lawful monetization methods. All fees are transparently presented within the app before a transaction is completed. Tipucino does not charge users for creating an account or viewing wallet balances.
How Tipucino Makes Money
Tipucino generates revenue through:
- Transaction Processing Fees
- Cash-Out / Withdrawal Fees
- Convenience & Platform Service Fees
- Affiliate Marketing and Referral Partnerships
- Premium or professional features (if introduced later)
- Tipucino API/technology licensing (future feature)
Tipucino does NOT generate revenue from: Interest on Funds, Investments, Reselling Sser Financial Data.
Affiliate Marketing Program (Official Revenue Source)
Overview
Tipucino may present users with optional referral offers, financial product recommendations, or “partner services” such as:
- Credit cards
- Loans
- Mortgages
- Insurance products
- Investment platforms
- Utility providers
- Mobile carriers
- Banking services
- Retail and consumer products
- NFC tags, QR stands, and accessories
These partnerships may provide CPA (cost-per-acquisition), CPL (cost-per-lead), revenue-share, or referral bonuses to Tipucino.
User Participation
Users are never required to apply for, purchase, or sign up for partner services. All affiliate offers are optional and non-binding.
Transparency
When affiliate links or offers appear within the app:
- Tipucino may earn a commission
- This does not increase the user’s cost
- Affiliate participation does not affect tipping features
No Financial Advice
Tipucino does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. All affiliate offers are “as-is” provided by third-party partners.
No Responsibility for Affiliate Outcomes
Tipucino is not responsible for:
- Third-party product performance
- Application approvals or denials
- Interest rates or fees
- Credit decisions
- Insurance eligibility
- Service quality of partner companies
The third-party partner bears full responsibility.
Compliance Protection
Affiliate marketing does not convert Tipucino into:
- A financial advisor
- A broker
- A lender
- An investment service provider
- A money transmitter
All affiliate revenue is classified as marketing income, fully compliant with global regulations.
Tipucino Transaction Fee (Recommended)
19% per transaction. Fees are final and non-refundable. Tipucino may revise fees with notice.
Cash-Out / Withdrawal Fee (Recommended)
1.5% per payout. Fees are final and non-refundable. Tipucino may revise fees with notice.
Refunds & Chargebacks
All tips, fees, and payouts are non-refundable unless required by PSP rules. Tipucino cannot override PSP or banking decisions.
Tipucino Is Not a Financial Institution
Fees collected are service fees only, not financial fees. Tipucino does not hold, store, or transmit funds. This protects Tipucino from:
- MSB laws
- Banking rules
- E-money regulations
- Financial licensing requirements
Price Updates
Tipucino reserves the right to modify fees at any time with notice.
User Responsibility for Fees
Users agree to:
- Tipucino fees
- PSP fees
- Banking fees
- Telecom/data provider fees
All fees are final.
Apple & Google Compliance
Tipucino fees are considered external financial-fee processing, allowed under:
- Apple App Store Review Guidelines
- Google Play Payments Policy
Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for Tipucino’s financial operations or fees.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Tipucino trademarks, text, logos, designs, and software are property of METDAQ LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
FORCE MAJEURE
Tipucino is not liable for delays or failures caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Telecommunications outages
- PSP failures
- War or unrest
- Pandemics
- System failures beyond Tipucino’s control
GOVERNING LAW & MANDATORY ARBITRATION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Tipucino platform, Tipucino wallet, QR/NFC tipping tools, or any transaction between you and another user shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Location of Arbitration
Unless otherwise required by law, arbitration proceedings shall take place exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida, USA.
Waiver of Class Actions
You and METDAQ LLC agree that:
- No class actions
- No class arbitrations
- No representative claims
Each party may only bring claims in its individual capacity.
Small Claims Court Exception
Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court in Palm Beach County, Florida, as long as it remains an individual dispute.
Opt-Out Option

Injunctive Relief
METDAQ LLC retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect:
- Intellectual property
- Security of the platform
- Abuse, fraud, or misuse of the system
Exclusive Venue for Non-Arbitrated Matters
If a dispute is not subject to arbitration (rare exceptions only), the parties agree that any court litigation shall take place exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

The following sections survive termination:

- Limitations of liability
- Indemnification

- Compliance obligations
